ENTERPRISE Agenda Platform (EAP). Every day, every organization creates dozens of documents that need to be processed, shared and stored. Document management consists of the introduction of uniform rules that define the way documents are handled in organizations and an information system that effectively supports these rules. The organization's electronic document management information system is referred to as the DMS system - Document management system. Once the system is implemented, the organization will have full control over the management and security of its data.

Enterprise Agend platform (EAP) is a tool for electronic document management that natively ensures the creation, storage, commenting, versioning, publishing, backup of electronic documents (e.g. MS word, excel, .pdf and others) and their metadata (e.g. creation date , date of last change, approval initial, list of commenting participants, etc.) in one place (centralization, unified repository). Our solution is a complex document management system using process processing (processing) of the customer's agenda in an electronic and transparent manner, respecting the legislation of the Slovak Republic. It uses and further expands the possibilities of your existing electronic filing system solution, or other agenda systems. In case of interest, these components can be connected with the goal of synergistic effect of the mentioned platform. The system can be deployed as an on-premise solution or in government or commercial clouds.


Processes

The EAP product is a powerful and universal tool to support the unification and unification of administrative processes "cross" the entire organization. It allows the use of predefined process templates or the creation of a new template for the entire document life process, from entering the task, through its creation, starting process activities such as commenting on the document, approving and signing, up to the creation of the final form of the document (invoice, order, etc.), which leaves the organization through a legally prescribed form by linking to other IS agendas.
